Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies to run properly and, if you agree, to understand how it is used. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
8.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Required for website functionality and cannot be disabled
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics, used only with your consent, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These are not loaded, and no analytics cookie is set, until you accept them in the cookie banner
- Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences between visits
8.2 How Long These Cookies Last
Three different clocks are running here, and they are easy to conflate, so to be clear:
- The analytics cookie itself (set by Google Analytics in your browser, only if you accept it) expires after 2 years, Google's standard default.
- The underlying analytics data Google holds against that cookie, the identifiable, user-level data, is automatically deleted after 14 months, the maximum retention period Google Analytics 4 allows us to set. See Section 6.
- Your consent choice (accept or essential-only) is remembered in your own browser, not on our servers, for 180 days, after which the banner asks again.
8.3 Your Consent Choice
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you agree to analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time:
8.4 Managing Cookies
You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:
- Secure HTTPS encryption for all website communications
- Access controls and authentication for internal systems

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data using industry-standard measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Singapore for service delivery purposes. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through:
